The Michael Smith, Sr. Training and Development Organization was established by Dr. Michael Smith, Sr. with a mission of Transforming & Enriching Lives by Teaching Principles of Health and Prosperity.

We are a nonprofit community social awareness training and development organization whose focuses are:

Our objective is to create public awareness regarding community social issues, to create opportunities for business ownership and to impart information about the state of America's health.
